The World Habitat Awards recognise projects around the world that offer practical, low-cost and innovative solutions to the most pressing housing needs and problems for grants of up to £10,000. Applications until 3 March 2024.

Applications for the World Habitat Awards are open until 3 March 2024. Projects that focus on adequate and affordable housing, that develop actions associated with the climate emergency, that promote diversity, equality, inclusion, the empowerment of communities and individuals, capacity building and education, and that have involved local communities and residents in the design of the solutions will be valued.

Candidate projects must be completed; projects that are still in the design/idea phase or that were completed more than 10 years ago will be excluded.
