At Ascendi, since the creation of the Group, she has been Human Resources Director until July 2023, as well as being responsible for the Labour Legal area and Internal Communication.

Currently, also at Ascendi, she is Board Advisor, ensuring the management of internal and external Social Responsibility activities, the Corporate Volunteering Plan, relations with external official labour bodies and Ascendi's external representation in various forums.

For 10 years at the Sonae Group, she was Human Resources Coordinator for one of the business areas and Human Resources Director for Ibersol Restauração. She was a lecturer at Católica Porto Business School and is co-director and lecturer of the Postgraduate Programme in People Management at Porto Business School (PBS). She regularly gives presentations at conferences and seminars.

She has a degree in Law, a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management, a General Management Course from PBS and various professional certifications in the field of Human Resources Management.
