Amélia is finishing her PhD in Management at the Nova School of Business and Economics. Her research focuses on resilience, job crafting and burnout. She is also an assistant professor in subjects such as Human Resources Management and Family Business. She is currently Project Manager of the Career Life Design Project funded by the La Caixa Foundation at Nova SBE.
