Her career includes a seven-year term as Associate Dean for Executive Education, and a decade of dedication as Director of the Atlantic MBA and the Executive MBA at Católica Porto Business School. In terms of training, she completed the Digital Marketing Course: Disruptive Strategy Program at Said Business School / University of Oxford (2020) and the Marketing Program at Columbia Business School (2011). PhD from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (Lisbon: ISCTE, 2007). Master's degree in Marketing from Católica Porto Business School (2000). MBA in Business Operations Management from Católica Porto Business School (1998). In a quest for personal growth, Ana decided to invest in the areas of executive coaching and mentoring, with a focus on career management and leadership development: LEGOS SERIOUS PLAY Certification (2023), Certified Professional Behavior Analyst DISC (2022); Coaching International Certification ACTP Activision- Coaching Institute accredited by ICF - International Coach Federation (2021) and European Mentoring & Coaching Council - EMCC (2021).
His passion for education, teaching and personal development has been a constant narrative throughout his 25-year career. With this focus on people, she has enthusiastically embraced causes such as Palhaços d`Opital as its ambassador. She is also proud to be an ambassador for TEDxPorto, a space where ideas with impact are disseminated.
