Passionate about the third sector and being an agent of change. Consultant, trainer and social impact evaluator. Member of the European Evaluation Society (EES).
She has a degree in Business Management and Administration from Universidade Católica (UCP), a post-graduate degree in Evaluation of Social Programs and Projects from UCP's Faculty of Human Sciences, a course in Social Leadership from NOVA SBE and a course in Environmental and Social Risk Analysis from the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI).
She has more than 20 years of banking experience, ten of which as a credit risk decision maker, supervising economic and financial analysis, credit risk decisions and opinions, as well as issuing ratings to companies.
In 2019 she took up her passion for the 3rd sector and for being an agent of change, and began working with charities, first as a mentor and then coordinating the Impact training of the MILES Program of the Manuel Violante Foundation (McKinsey).
In 2021 she joined the non-executive board of Ajuda de Mãe through NOVA SBE.
In 2022 she started working as a consultant and trainer at Stone Soup. She was part of the project team that designed the training process for the IOM - International Organization for Migration/ACM. She has given training on Impact to various types of organizations working in the social sector. She has evaluated social impact projects supported by EEA Grants and the winners of REN's AGIR Award.
