Liliana is the Executive Director of IRIS Incubadora de Inovação Social since 2017. She has experience in creating and managing projects, especially focussed on social and environmental impact, community intervention and mental health. Academic background in psychology (bachelor's and master's degrees). Advanced executive training in management, social entrepreneurship, sustainability and design thinking.
At IRIS, the Social Innovation Incubator, we closely follow many female entrepreneurs who start social impact projects, sometimes linked to personal causes, and in many cases with the involvement of their families in the project.
