Agostinho Jardim Moreira has been President of the Board of EAPN Portugal since its creation in 1991. He combines this role with the priesthood in two parishes in the historic center of Porto: São Nicolau and Nossa Senhora da Vitória.
He recently received the ecclesiastical title of Monsignor from Pope Francis, an appointment that is the fruit of his availability and commitment to the pastoral life of the Church.
He has always been a great defender of human rights. He is driven by the fight for human dignity, the defense of the human being as an integral being and the determination to work for the most disadvantaged.
