Rita Diniz is the manager of the Social Leadership for Managers programme and joined the team at the Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center, Nova SBE in 2021. With a degree in Physiotherapy from the Escola Superior de Saúde de Alcoitão, she was in private practice for 11 years, after which she embraced the challenge of moving into marketing for the automotive industry. She was marketing director at Caetano Retail Sul (Salvador Caetano Group) and began her career in the social economy sector in 2018. She attended a postgraduate course in Social Organisation Management at AESE and was executive director of the IPSS "Associação Por Uma aTTitude" and the "Centro Comunitário da Paróquia de Carcavelos". She deeply believes in the success of the holistic vision of E(nvironmental) S(ocial) G(overnance).
