Integrating under-represented people into the job market is a "journey". In the case of Elisangela, a black Brazilian woman and immigrant, the journey went through several stages, from the Nabeiro Group, the censuses and various attempts to actively look for work. But the "traits" that make her an underrepresented profile in a world of work that is still not very diverse have complicated her goals.

The shock of reality (6'54") came with a negative recruitment experience. Instead of giving up, she decided to start the journey and transform a traditional expression DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) into the imperative verb go. Thus was born the IDE Social Hub (11'02") with the aim of showing all corporate stakeholders the advantages of racial, gender, age, experience and background diversity.

On this journey "a lot is missing". But it all starts with deconstructing preconceptions (16'42") in order to open up opportunities. Because that's what diversity is - an opportunity. A conversation about difference, diversity and the "pains" felt at the origin of social entrepreneurship projects.
